Who’s Behind ThinkRoot

I’m Chad Corriveau — technical marketing strategist, keynote demo architect, and a decade-long insider at ServiceNow.

I’ve been on the ground floor of enterprise evolution: from cold calls teaching “what is cloud?” to enabling global sales teams across Japan, to building mainstage AI demos seen by tens of thousands. My work has supported launches from basic machine learning to generative AI to Agentic automation — all while staying grounded in the reality of platform value.
